Watermark an image — questions
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Watermarking runs entirely in your browser on your own device — your image and your logo never leave your computer or phone. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
Can I add a text watermark or my own logo?
Both. Type any text (your name, a © line, a website) and pick its color and size, or switch to 'Logo / image' and upload your own logo — a transparent PNG works best.
Can I tile the watermark across the whole image?
Yes. Choose 'Tile (repeat)' to stamp the watermark diagonally across the entire photo, which is much harder to crop out than a single corner mark. Or place it in any of the nine positions.
Can I make the watermark see-through?
Yes — drag the Opacity slider. A lower opacity gives a subtle, semi-transparent watermark that protects the image without hiding it; a higher opacity makes it bold and obvious.
Does the result have a Snapframe watermark on it?
No. The only watermark on your download is the one you add. There's no Snapframe branding stamped on the result and no signup.
Is it really free?
