Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Rotating runs entirely in your browser on your own device — your image never leaves your computer or phone. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
How do I rotate an image 90 degrees?
Click 'Rotate right' to turn it 90° clockwise, or 'Rotate left' for 90° counter-clockwise. Click again to keep turning. '180°' flips it upside down in one step.
Can I flip or mirror an image?
Yes. 'Flip horizontal' mirrors left-to-right (great for selfies), and 'Flip vertical' mirrors top-to-bottom. You can combine flips with any rotation.
Can I rotate by a custom angle, like 45°?
Yes — drag the 'Fine angle' slider to any angle. The canvas grows to fit the rotated image so the corners are never cut off. Export as PNG or WEBP to keep the exposed corners transparent.
Will rotating reduce the quality?
A 90° or 180° rotation is lossless — the pixels are simply reoriented. Export as PNG to stay lossless, or JPG/WEBP for a smaller file. A free angle re-samples slightly, like any rotation tool.
